Create drafts

  1. Open Copy.

  2. Choose the company and add the recipient's name and title when available.

  3. Describe your offer and the useful outcome it creates.

  4. Choose an evidence mode:

    • Saved evidence uses signals already in your workspace.

    • Fresh research looks for current supporting evidence.

    • Offer only drafts without a company signal and should be reviewed especially carefully.

  5. Generate the drafts.

Signaliz returns three alternatives so you can compare angles. The source evidence remains separate from the generated language.

Review before use

  • Open the source and confirm the event actually supports the draft.

  • Remove any claim that overstates the source.

  • Check the recipient, company, offer, and call to action.

  • Apply your consent, suppression, and brand rules.

  • Approve the final copy in the system responsible for sending.

API batch behavior

Signal to Copy accepts up to 5,000 rows. Up to 25 can run synchronously; larger submissions become durable jobs. Result pages can contain up to 100 rows and are retained for seven days.
