A Signaliz result can contain several kinds of truth. Keep them separate when deciding what happened.

For company activity, require the root domain, signal, event date, and retrievable source URL. Save the product and run provenance shown in My Data or returned by the API.

Save the request status, run ID, job ID, idempotency key, input count, page information, and per-row success or error. A queued receipt means work was accepted; it is not a completed result.

Inspect credits used and credits charged on the terminal response. A client timeout does not prove that no work or spend occurred. Recover the original run before starting another.

Signal to Copy stops at drafts. Check the company, evidence, source, event date, offer, and generated claims before approving copy in the system responsible for the next action. Signaliz does not send outreach from this product.

An exported or copied result is a handoff, not proof that another system accepted or acted on it. Keep the downstream system's receipt with the Signaliz run provenance.
