Understand plans and credits
Open Settings → Billing for the current truth about your workspace's plan, capability access, credits, and receipts. Pricing can change; do not rely on an old help conversation.

Avoid surprise spend
Use a dry run for supported requests and batches.
Suppress exact duplicates before submitting.
Reuse compatible saved evidence.
Recover a run or job after a timeout rather than starting over.
Keep terminal success, failure, and unprocessed counts separate.
When the pricing page and the Billing screen appear to disagree, the active workspace capability and billing receipt decide what was actually applied. Send support the workspace, timestamp, product, run ID, and receipt—never the API key.
