Signaliz Managed Builds are scoped, tested GTM systems built in Clay and delivered through Signaliz. Use them when you need a reusable operating system—not just a one-time result—and do not want to hire or wait for a full-time GTM engineer.
Managed Builds are a service and delivery path, not another self-service Signaliz data product. Signaliz manages the request, scope, quality contract, private workspace, run interface, receipts, and handoff. Clay is the disclosed execution technology used to build and test the workflow.
When a managed build is the right fit
Choose a managed build when you need one or more of these:
branching qualification or scoring logic;
repeatable account research or people-finding workflows;
normalization, deduplication, enrichment, or controlled CRM preparation;
signal monitoring that triggers additional research;
campaign audiences, angles, and review-held copy preparation;
a connection to your CRM, API, webhook, MCP client, or CLI;
a process your team can run again with the same input, output, and QA rules.
Use a self-service Signaliz product when the job is already covered by Signals First, Company Signal Enrichment, Signal Awareness, or Signal to Copy and you do not need a custom system around it.
What Signaliz can build
Build type | Typical outcome |
Account research | Research, qualify, score, and route accounts from evidence. |
People finding | Find the right roles, resolve contact data, verify it, and hold the result for review. |
CRM cleanup | Normalize, deduplicate, enrich, and prepare controlled CRM updates. |
Signals and monitoring | Watch companies or markets and trigger research when a qualifying event appears. |
Campaign preparation | Prepare an audience, positioning angles, and review-held drafts without automatic sending. |
Custom GTM system | Turn a complete multi-step process into one reusable Clay operating system. |
Every request is evaluated on its actual outcome, inputs, volume, cadence, systems, and delivery interfaces. The build catalog is a starting point, not a limit on the workflow you can request.
How the service works
Submit the outcome and operating requirements at signaliz.com/managed-builds.
Receive an
ORD-...request ID and confirmation email. No payment is taken.Signaliz reviews the request and returns a blueprint with scope, timing, deliverables, and price.
Approve the blueprint before Stripe sends an invoice or build work begins.
Review the first draft against the agreed inputs, outputs, evidence rules, and exceptions.
Approve the first draft before Signaliz finalizes the reusable system.
Receive the Final Build in your private Signaliz workspace, with the delivery interfaces included in scope.
What you receive
A delivered build can include:
a tested Clay workflow or Signaliz routine;
a defined input and output contract;
qualification, evidence, and exception rules;
a QA contract and operating runbook;
a private workspace result surface;
CSV, webhook, API, MCP, or CLI delivery when included in scope;
a fixed Signaliz-credit price per run derived from the measured Clay-credit budget;
durable run IDs, status, result rows, and billing receipts.
Only a build at Final Build receives a reusable BLD-... ID and becomes callable by its owning workspace.
Approval and sending boundary
Managed execution is review-held by default. A completed audience, copy set, CRM change set, export, or connector is not permission to activate it. CRM writes, uploads, campaign enrollment, activation, and sending stay locked unless the approved scope explicitly includes that action and the required customer approval has been recorded.
