Manage workspaces and teammates

A workspace is the boundary for Signaliz membership, API keys, product history, credits, receipts, and saved evidence.

Select the right workspace

Use the workspace selector in the upper-left before starting work. API keys and OAuth connections resolve to a specific workspace; switching the UI does not move an existing key or job.

Workspace settings

Open Settings → Workspace to manage the name, slug, logo, pending invitations, and team membership. Owners can update workspace identity and membership. Other roles may have view-only access depending on permissions.

Use a person's own membership and a dedicated key for their integrations. Do not share one owner credential across a team.

Before removing access

Check scheduled monitors, automation keys, webhook ownership, and durable jobs associated with that teammate or integration. Rotate or reassign required connections, then remove the membership or revoke the key.

Deleting a workspace permanently removes its associated data and access. Export required records and verify the exact workspace name before using the danger-zone action.
