Your Company Database is the central repository for all the companies you have discovered and added to Signaliz. This article will guide you through the features of the Companies page and how to effectively manage your prospect database.
Navigating the Companies Page
From the main dashboard, click on "Companies" in the left-hand navigation menu to access your Company Database. Here you will find a comprehensive overview of all the companies you have collected.
Understanding the Overview Cards
At the top of the page, you will see four overview cards that provide a quick snapshot of your database:
•All Companies: The total number of companies in your database.
•Analyzed: The number of companies that have been scored against your Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
•Top Prospects: The number of companies that have a high ICP match score (70% or higher).
•Market Reach: The number of different industries represented in your database.
Using the AI Search
Our powerful AI Search allows you to find companies in your database using natural language. Simply type your search query into the "Search with AI..." bar and click the "Smart Search" button. The AI will semantically search your database and return the most relevant results.
Managing Your Company List
The main section of the page displays a list of all the companies in your database. You can manage this list in several ways:
•Selection: Use the checkboxes to select individual companies or click "Select All" to select all companies on the current page.
•Sorting: Click on the "Name" column header to sort the list of companies alphabetically.
•View Options: Switch between "Cards" view and "List" view to change how the company information is displayed.
